Quand un client met Oriole \u00e0 l\u2019honneur<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\tOriole est Energy Manager chez ICARE Energie. Sa mission ? Piloter la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents dans toute sa continuit\u00e9 : analyse des consommations, d\u00e9tection des anomalies, identification des leviers d\u2019optimisation et mise en place des actions correctives.

La feuille de route des \u00e9nergies renouvelables est officiellement lanc\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\tApr\u00e8s plus de 3 ans d'attente, la 3\u00e8me Programmation Pluriannuelle de l'\u00c9nergie a \u00e9t\u00e9 promulgu\u00e9e au Journal Officiel en f\u00e9vrier 2026.
Elle fixe le cap du d\u00e9veloppement des ENR en France pour la d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 venir.
Ce qu'il faut retenir : <\/u><\/strong>
\u00c9olien terrestre :<\/strong> objectif 31 GW en 2030 (~24GW install\u00e9s fin 2025), avec 2 appels d'offres de 800 MW par an d\u00e8s le 1er semestre 2026
\u00c9olien en mer :<\/strong> 3,6 GW en 2030 et 15 GW en 2035. Les AO9 (1,5 GW flottant) et AO10 (8-10 GW) seront lanc\u00e9s dans les prochaines semaines.
Solaire photovolta\u00efque :<\/strong> objectif 48 GW en 2030 (contre ~30GW aujourd'hui), rythme +4,5 GW\/an. Un AO de 300 MW sur les b\u00e2timents lanc\u00e9 d\u00e8s mars 2026
Objectif global 2030 :<\/strong> \u00e9olien + solaire devront produire 140 TWh\/an (quasi le double de la production actuelle).<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t

Inertie thermique et b\u00e2timent <\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\tL'inertie thermique a acquis une r\u00e9putation quasi mythique dans le monde de la construction. On la pr\u00e9sente comme la r\u00e9ponse naturale \u00e0 la surchauffe estivale. Mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est plus nuanc\u00e9e.
